Just put a new waterpump on a 99 Plymouth Breese 2.4 L engine so I also put a new timing belt on too ; unhooked the computer done the work and now it idles rough and stalls at stops ; I took it back apart and the timing is dead on , I took the valve body off cleaned it up , cleaned the IaCV - IDLE CONTROL VALVE thing ; its a little better but not 100% , it ran perfect before = HELP !
