Default Rear Strut, lower mounting bolt/bushing problem.

This simple rear strut replacement has become a nightmare!

Whole problem is/was we couldn't get the lower mounting bolt out. Tried beating it out with hammer and punch, eventually started damaging the bolt from hitting it so much. Ended up cutting the ends off to get the strut off. Figured then we'd be able to punch the center part of bolt out through bushing, nope! Sucker is seized in there. Even tried an air chisel/punch. Told my buddy to just drill it out. Well, he drilled so far off center that the bushing now needs replaced. Fine, we'll just replace the bushing. Can't find it anywhere! Not even sure if it's available? Here's a pic with red arrow pointing to the bushing.

Is this bushing available and what is it called?

Thanks in advance for any help.

you can get them at dealer just take picture and last 9 of your VIN # in,I did mine a few years ago think it took a day or 2 to come in can't remember what they called it. the strut bolt can be a real pain usually has to be turned with a wrench all the way out also take the lateral link bolt out thats shown in your picture and push out of way , had to burn the old bushing out carefully, then chisel out the metal band and press in new one
