Default 2004 Stratus electrical problem

I suddenly had a problem yesterday as I started the car and my wipers would not work. Also found that my dash board was not working, fuel gage, tac, speedometer, mileage. Also, auto locks are not working and remote is not working and dome light stays on with car on or off. I do have lights, blinkers and radio working fine.

I know its electrical but where do I start looking? Can I get some help.

would start by checking fuses inside drivers door fuse 15 for wiper relay, and fuse 5 for everything else if fuse #5 isn't blown i would leave it out for 10 minutes before putting back in then start car let idle for 5 minutes .that fuse controls the body control module sometimes it messes up and needs resetting also controls heat and a/c if you ever have problems with that

Well I pulled out fuse #5 and weird result because everything started working with the fuse still out. Does not make sense to me but put the fuse back in and all is good for now. Thanks for the help.
