Default Remove fuses in yellow casing

I have a 2002 dodge stratus r/t and am having an issue that I believe I have tracked to a fuse that is in a yellow casing in the fuse box under the hood. I can't figure out how to remove the fuses in that casing. The casing comes up a bit but won't come all the way out and I can't remove the fuses from inside of it. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't you just pull them out with a fuse puller?

Not the 2 that are in that yellow casing. All the others yes but that casing prevents you from being able to pull the fuses straight up. I've found others who have posted about how much of a pain it is to remove but no suggestions on how to do it.

Odd. Is there any way to cut the yellow box out or at least open?

have you tried messing with the plastic between fuse and outside of holder looks like there's a gap on the one side might try pushing it out towards side or down to see if it does anything

I got it out. I ended up taking a pair of pliers and pulling as hard as I can and it came out. Still not sure how to get the fuses out of the plastic without cutting it so I had to replace both of them even though only 1 was bad. Problem solved and that yellow casing is unnecessary. Not sure why it is there to begin with.
