Driver Side Window Stuck Closed 2006 Stratus

All of my windows move by switch except front drivers side. I press the switch and nothing. How do take panel off with window stuck shut?

it should just lift up at the top ,once you get all the other screws and clips removed and seperated from the adhesive waterproof backing
