Default Bad road noise when slightly turning left

So my dodge stratus sxt 4 door sedan 2.4l makes a terrible vibrating road noise when barely turning wheel to the left. I replaced the hub assembly and had the same problem after replacement. Thought maybe I had a bad new hub assembly. So I took that back and got the more expensive one same thing. after assembly still had the bad vibration and road noise when accelerating and slightly turning wheel to left. Tire had play grabbing the tire at the 9 and 3 oclock but no play at the 12 and 6 oclock. So then I thought maybe it was the cv axle. put a new axle on and same thing still. What next? Tie rod? Im at a loss.

When the ball joints go bad they drop and force the brake dust shield down into the path of the rims. I had this happen to me. Check the inside of the rims to see if its scraped.

could be dust shield dragging, could be tie rod or other part ,best to securely raise car and have someone move tire and see whats loose underneath, have you rotated tires might be out of balance, out of round or bad
