Default 2001 Dodge Stratus RT Electrical issues

I was replaceing the dome lights with purple ones after already replaceing the foot lights and i noticed the passenger side light would not turn on though it being plugged in. I pushed the button and nothing happened, so i fuggered the bulb was burned out or a fuse blew. I checked every fuse in the one in the dash and all the fuses in the engine compartment that you can test with a test light. Nothing was blown. The radio also does not work anymore and the engine light was on and after this miss hap it turned off, also every light inside the car does not work including the trunk light. The car has a lot of wiring changed by it's previous owner so i was wondering if it could be easily solved before i start trying to fix the wiring. i Don't know if i kicked something loose or what happened.

Check fuse number 5 in the junction block or you may have a Body Control Module problem (BCM). The junction block is inside the vehicle.
