2002 Dodge Stratus 3.0L wont start
Car was running ruff and had no power, drove it home at shut off. Next day it would not start, doesn't even seem to try. I get a pop out of the intake while cranking. I replace plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. Still same thing.
I did this because I was getting misfire on cylinder 2 and had purchased every thing already.
Now my only code is throttle position sensor, and the car will not start still. I have checked for spark by using one of the old plugs and grounding it out, and I can see the spark.
I have an obdII reader on my phone, is there any thing I can check for? Will I get crankshaft position sensor code if it is bad. Or should I look for some expected output?
Could the coil be bad and still see spark but not run?

I was asking because the car wont start. I don't believe the TPS sensor is causing the problem. I was wondering if the crank shaft position sensor could be bad and not throw a code. Was wondering what reading I should be getting on my android adbII for the CSP sensor?

Well the problem was the spark plugs and rotor and cap. The cap and rotor was so bad the car was flooded from repeated trying to start. After taking off the cover to the timing belt and seeing it was loose but not bad I tried starting the car and it started. It had set for over a week without trying and must have aired out. Car runs but we still are going to replace timing belt, the car has 110,000 mile on it.
Still having problems. I have replaced TPS and timing belt, pump and CSPS. After doing this the car started an would idol ok but when accelerating the motor would cut out.
I put the car away for the night and now it wont start at all. There are no codes, except when it was last running and I would get random misfire counts.
