input and output sensors

I bought a 05 stratus. Sometimes the speedometer works and sometimes it don't. Sometimes the transmission changes and sometimes dont, as well as the check engine light. I was wondering could it be the sensors? Or is my transmission bad? Any advice is great! Thanks!
