I have a 2001 Stratus se. I don't know exactly what the previous owner did bit she said she engaged the child lock on the left rear door. BUT I can't even open it from the outside and the window doesn't work. I tried taking off the door panel from the inside but was unsuccessful. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

 

does the lock sound like its working when you push button, you might be able to open with a slim jim if there legal in your area, it is possible to get trim panel off with door shut a real pain in butt ,take seat out theres a hook on each side holding it in place ,push front of seat towards back and lift up
