When I hit the gas from a dead stop it'll stutter unless I feather the gas petal, and also has a rough idle I don't have a check engine light. Also spark plugs are fairly clean and the gap is .05". There was a field mouse nest in there for 2 summers.
It's a 2.4L 16 valve 99 dodge stratus I don't hear a hissing so I don't think it's a vacuum leak

 

If you had nesting mice in there, the biggest worry is going to be that they chewed wiring. I'd do a visual inspection of all the harnesses under the hood to see if there is any damage from the little critters. Same would apply to the vacuum lines - even though you don't hear a leak doesn't mean there isn't one.
