No directional or flasher lights.
I have a 1998 Stratus and I have no signal or flasher lights working. I have replaced the combination relay on the steering column and nothing works, except a buzzing sound coming from the relay. Any ideas?

I'm assuming that you mean the Multi-function Switch when referring to the "combination relay"?
Have you checked the fuses and relays for the signals/flashers at the junction block in the dash and in the IPM under the hood?
