Default no buss

hello.
I been working on my daughters 1999 dodge stratus it had been wrecked I took motor from car and found a new body same year made one month after hers , I put motor in it and got everything put together and as soon as I hooked battery up and put key in turned to acc position the starter tried to start car, so un hooked checked wiring all looked good , but it also would not finish diagnoisis on dash it would come up bad bus , I have both computers out of both cars so I tried switching nothing same , changed cam and crank senor to no avail ,at this point im at a loss I have checked body computer pcm and tcm , and still no go , does the tcm or pcm need reflashed if its lost power and was without power for any length of time? I have lot time and effort in this and at this point everthing is complete but can not get in fired up , no fire or fuel cause no bus. the dash starts diagnostic and lights most the lights but oil light and then a no buss comes up in dash we changed the key switch out thinking it was cuasing the starter to try turn over in the acc position,im at a loss ive checked wires at all the sensors and no chaffing have looked at plugs for dash and cleaned and the pcm and tcm, any one have any ideas .
please help!!!! if any one has any more ideas or can point me in right direction. As if the computer will need reflashed even though I have computers out both cars and have tried them both.

would start by checking fuses ,the data link you hook scanner to is controlled by a fuse not sure which one it would be should be in dash, another possibility is where wiring goes into power distribution center (fuse box under hood) could be loose screw or corrosion underneath try searching no bus or no buss should be some videos on youtube or something, also bad instrument cluster ,bad body control module can possibly cause no bus
