Hi everyone,

My friend's got a '97 Stratus with the stock AM/FM/Cassette stereo with the joystick type fader. We were trying to replace the head unit over the weekend, but when we hooked it up, there was no bass.

I thought the head unit was bad, so I tried another one, but that wasn't the problem. I hooked up the old stereo and it worked fine.

Has anyone installed an aftermarket stereo in their Stratus and have any idea what the problem is?

 

your need to find the amp turn on wire and supply 12 volts from the amp turn on wire of the radio. It usually is blue or blue/white stripe. you can use a metra harness it will have all the wires you need any question feel free to ask.
