My wife was driving her 2005 Stratus and it just stopped running, it would crank but would not start again. Had it towed to the house. Pulled the codes with my little handheld scanner P0300 multiple misfires and P0174 O2 sensor bank 2 lean. Checked and replaced spark plugs, still no start, next added 5 gallons of gas as it was reading low, still no start, next replaced crank position sensor, if it was not this sensor it was most likely the timing chain stretched. New crank position sensor installed and it fired right up. Man am I happy!
