I was working on replacing to thermostat on my 2000 Stratus ES and while I was trying to remove the first bolt on the housing, the head broke off. I need to remove the broken bolt but how do I do that? It seems to me that the materials involved here in aluminum. Please advise...

 

Buy a screw extractor set ( drill bit/easy out combo ) can get at any hardware store.
