2000 Dodge Stratus SE. The title basically says it. The lights got left on in the cold and the battery went way down. Put the charger on for a few hours and she started right up - but now my keyless entry remotes don't work. I had this happen before, when the power window had a short that drained the battery. I messed with all kinds of things (reprograms and fuses) and the fobs just started working again. I tried to duplicate what I may have done, but to no avail. I can use the key, but the fobs are so much more convenient. Anyone know how I might reset them?

[BTW - there is no self programming for my fobs - they have to be done by a dealer. I have tried the 2001 directions and the resync (5 times on the lock button at 2 sec apart) also to no avail.]
