So, I just recently got an 03 stratus, and I took it to work to have the arms done and I noticed that this thing didn't want to shift out of first gear. The car had sat for probably a little over a year and was driven for the first time within the past two weeks. I tried seafoam trans, replacing the relay in the fuse box and nothing has changed. Please help. I'm hoping it may just be the input and output speed sensors.
