Default where does this go on a 2000 stratus 2.4L

Hi guys I changed out my timing belt, head gasket and water pump. My first time doing it i followed a video off you tube and followed it step by step. it went pretty good. My problem is when i put everything together and i was putting the wiring harness on i noticed i missed some thing

I have no idea where this goes. I googled it and i got a part number and the name of what its and nothing else. Part number 4663583 and its a engine mount. I called my local dodge dealership parts department they were no help. So im reaching out to you guys to see if anyone knows where this goes.....Thanks Guys.

I'm thinking it's part of a mount. I don't have a 2.4 to look at right now but I'll bet it's associated with the left side upper brace. It's been several years since I worked on a 2.4 so I may be mistaken.
