No, it won't. They gasket issues with the 2.0-2.4 are for external oil leaks primarily although sometimes they mix with coolant. In either case that will not affect emmissions. The only time a head gasket failure affects emmissions is when it splits between the cylinder and the water jacket or between cylinders. I have never seen either of those cases.
