Default Intakes

Anybody know if the intakes from the 01-03 R/T's would fit the 04 R/T's? Body Kits the same thing.

Having trouble trying to find intakes and body kits. I find them all over the place for 01-03 R/T's.

Anybody kno anything? I think I could take an 01-03 intakes and if they didn't fit, to modify them.

i would have to see an 04 engine bay to be certain, but i am pretty sure that they will fit...does your engine bay look like mine? (see picture)

I'm almost positive it is the same. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow. There is no light out right now to take a good one.

I was told the intake would fit, but not sure about the body kit.

I'll get one to ya tomorrow.

honestly, i dont know what they could have changed from 01 to 04 to make the intake not fit..there is NOTHING blocking mine..or anywhere near it, for that matter. there are some pretty nice CAIs on ebay right now for the RT coupe...thats where i got mine.

The engine bays are almost identical. 01-04 engine parts are interchangable. Everything is located in the same place. The only differences are purely aesthetic.

by aesthetic, do you mean on the exterior, or something else?

both in the engine bay and out of it they changed the aesthetics, like valve cover color and such.

You get to wait until I get my turbos mounted, no pics of the engine bay until then, so you're looking at atleast February, maybe as late as april. At which point I fully expect ride of the month honors

you know, if you swapped to a stock 4 cylinder automatic, with an outrageous body kit and awful 19" wheels, you could win rotm at 2g...
