Valvoline filters are manufactured by NK. They are dirt **** cheap and you get what you pay for. They don't have an anti-drain back valve or a bypass valve when it becoems full. It also doesn't have as much filtration element as a higher qauilty filter. Pure One is a good fliter as is Mobile One, and K&N. Usually with better filtration, the less the pressure. Yes there is ALWAYS a compromise.
