Don't forget to properly torque your idler/tensioner as well. This is critical and will put the right amount of tension on the timing belt and keep both marks (crank and cam) lined up with each revolution. Crank by hand twice to confirm they line up exactly every time.

How long does it take to "relearn"?
I replaced my timing belt, marks lined up perfect (as perfect as the belt teeth would allow, which was about 1/3 tooth) and it lopes at idle and stopped at lights- runs fine at 1100 rpm +.
Mine is in a 2000 Cirrus.... do I need the DRBIII thing to reset it? Whatever that is?

Please help.
