I was looking on here and seen a very old post, they said if they had the cars vin# they could tell if a remote was set up for your car otherwise it would be around $250 any one in this forum know of some one who can do this for me.?.

I don't believe the VIN itself will tell you what you ask. However, take the VIN to the dealership, and they will print out the production sheet for your car. (They did for my 02, and it shows my car "as ordered".)
