Default Unplugging Resistor Wire Harness

Stupid question, guys, but can you give me advice on unplugging the fan blower resistor wire harness??? It didn't seem to budge much when I tried pulling it out, and even after I pressed on the center of it and tried pulling it out I couldn't get it. Is there a release I'm not seeing? Stupid question, I know, but this is what's standing in between me, and fan settings 1-3 being operational once again. Chintzy resistors.

There should be a release tab there to push then the connector comes out. Perhaps it's on the side that is facing away from you, I can't remember. Maybe push the connector all the way in first then push the tab hard and pull - maybe since you've been pulling on it there is pressure on the release tab that won't let it release.

I've done this job myself a couple of times so I know where you're coming from! Those resistors are junk! I have actually spliced them with butt-end connectors after they've failed to extend the life of the resistor block and not give Dodge any more of my money!
