Default 99 STRATUS RADIATOR PLUG LEAKING AFTER I DRAINED RADIATOR

Antifreeze was rusty and yucky (no oil) so I decided to drain the radiator and add fresh. I found the drain (drivers side bottom of radiator) and gave it a quarter turn. The fluid started draining about an 1/8 inch stream. When it quit I turned the plug a quarter turn the oposite direction. My new fluid is still draining out the plug. Is that plug threaded? Does it just pull all the way out? It is the one with the big plastic spade looking thing sticking out. Not the pitcock I was expecting. I can turn it with my fingers but it is tight. Why do such simple thing alwasy have to be hard? Oh and what flavor antifreeze should I go back with?

No threads more of a plastic 1/4 turn thing-It does have a O ring on it.The best I can tell ya is go get a new one from Dodge boys it will be self explanatory in the way it pulls out.During my last few years with C.D.P. allthe cars used the biodegradable antifreeze but you could check the manual.
