Timing Belt Visibility - 2000 Cirrus LXI
I've recently purchased a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus LXI with V6 2.5L. It has 108,000 miles and I don't know if the Timing Belt/Water Pump has ever been replaced.
Question - Does anyone know if there is a way to inspect the timing belt without removing the Crankshaft pulley? (i.e. are any of the covers removable to look in). I've done timing belt changes before on a 94 Eagle Vision and I'm familiar with the process (and headaches) of getting access to the timing belts.
Just wondered if anyone knew on this model an easy way to view/inspect before total disassembly.
Thanks in advance for any insight!
