Hey everybody... I live in Rochester Michigan... and winter is comin... im looking for some cheap 16' wheels and tires for the winter. I drive an 02 R/T... anybody selling any or know where i can get them cheap?? I dont care if they are black steel rims... i just need something cheap to get me through the winter without damaging my stock 17's.... Let me know... Thanks!

 

hey, well i know a buddy of mine that has a set 16" rims off a 95 eclipse. i think they are the same bolt pattern as we have on our r/t's, they are painted silver. tires wont be hard to find for these since they are 16's. if your interested il get you a pic, let me know.

 

Why not just save your cash thru the winter and by some decent aftermarket wheels and tires come spring? I paid $750 for a set of 17" wheels with tires and I'm going to use my stock wheels for winter also....that is if I can get the cash for new tires by then

 

I like my stock rims for the summer... i just got some nice tires over the summer for the summer... i am saving money to get exhaust done... not sure what i want to do for that either... I found some wheels/tires of an eagle vision.. i might pick those up next week, but i am still looking for literally the cheapest rims/tires i can get ahold of.. i dont care if they're pink.. haha, i have black paint.

 

the bolt pattern on the RT is 5x114.3 (4.5 inches)...rims shouldnt be hard to find, but backspacing is a bigger concern than the bolt pattern. i had 15s on my car for the track, and i had to pound the inside of the rim out because they hit the calipers.
