The manual states 60k or 100k CA: there are two specs. Guys who work on them a lot on Club3g have pulled belts that have been on longer than 100k and they still look good. Apparently the V6 belts are very durable. That said, a timing belt change with new pullies and tensioner is on my to-do list. I don't plan on hitting 90k before I fix it. My Strat is also my second vehicle and it gets the least amount of driving.

i agree..the book says 60 or 100k. i dont know that ill ever get to 100k with 4 other vehicles, and on long trips we rent to save miles on our vehicles.

my front mount looked just like that one when i took it out, but the trans side mount is still noisy...

I've got inserts for the front and rear roll stops and tranny. I just don't feel like doing the work on them right now. It's not exactly warm out here in KY.

No doubt, but I'm still not doing it. I tried changing my spark plugs in this kind of weather with my Grand Prix last year. That wasn't fun.

i thought about the inserts, but i went with the full solid mount...if nothing else, it does much better burnouts...

Inserts were $70 for the whole set and from what people say, are identical in performance to the solid ones sold by Deyeme.

Do you have a manual or auto? Your track times have got me curious now.

autostick...the ony time slip that i can find laying around was a 16.1...that was with just 15" rims and tires, catback, and a CAI. it ran the same time with the motor mounts, but it also had the subs, spare, the jack, and some tools in it...as i wasnt planning on running it, and when i blew up the mirada, amanda ran it and ran 16.1s...i cant find any of the faster slips for the RT, but seeing as how it is the slowest car that we own, it doesnt see much track time...

Those are actually good times for an auto. Withe a good driver, the manuals hit mid to low 15s. I see most autos in the mid 16s. Put some longtubes on that sucker.
