Tach ODO and Gages dead after installing aftermarket Stereo

Tach ODO and Gages dead after installing aftermarket Stereo
I have a 2001 Stratus SE. I put an aftermarket stereo in it and now the gages dont work and the information panel isnt displaying any information. The stereo works fine and the car stil is drivable i just dont know how fast im going how much gass i have or if im overheating. Instead of displaying the Odometer i get a message that says no bus. And the gear selector display says that it is in all gears at once. The boxes are around all the gears.
