Default 04 headlight replacement

ok here it is, i had to go to the dealer to get my headlights replaced because i could not get them out, (my hands cannot turn the part to get them out because there is stuff right behind the light and i cant get a good grip) they told me it was a bad design flaw and that it takes them 25-30 minutes to replace one there. so they put new ones in which i brought to them. only problem was they were pointing straight up in the air and lighting up the sky instead of the road. so i took it back and they "adjusted" them again, they r better but still too high and i often get flashed by people telling me to turn my highbeams off but i dont have them on. there must be someone who has done it themselves so i dont have to go back and sit in that waiting room again. any help is appreciated, thanks

hey there, i have an 05 sxt and i replaced my own bulbs the easiest way is to remove those 4 pins holding on the front bumper and to then loosen the 4 bolts that hold the whole lens assembly in... carefully bend the bumper back enough to pull the whole lens out replace the bulb then put lens back in otherwise if youre just looking too aim the lights there are two torx screws that adjust your headlight aim they are under the hood right on top. hope this helps you
