have a 2004 dodge viper srt10, the passenger window will go down but won't go up. The regulator is working fine, notice bcm had no voltage so order and replaced with new bcm from factory. Only getting 5 volts now from bcm which allows window to go down, but won't go back up. How many volts is the bcm supposed to put out?

 

Window motors are 12 volt.......
