Default 03 Viper battery change and now no Power

removed old Battery
let sit for 2 days
replaced battery with brand new Optima Yellow top
Now Vehicle has locked doors and no power
everything has been traced back with no loose connections
Keyfob wont work even with new batteries
Maybe factory alarm issue?

What do you mean by 'no power'? Turn the key on, and nothing works? Does the dome light come on when you open the door? CAN you open the door?

1. Did the battery actually have a sufficient charge? Just because it's new, doesn't mean it does.
2. Was the new battery hooked up properly? + to +, - to - ?
3. Were the terminal covers taken off beforehand?
