It broke from first to second at 50 MPH?! I can bet that they were probably in the redline there. But that is breaking it in there.

 

This is one of the problems with our country. There is no way in hell they should get more than the money invested and used reaching a settlement in a situation like this.

first of all...drag racing is abusing...they admitted to taking the car to a drag strip, and that, alone, voids the warranty. they are lucky that dodge fixed it at all...

this, again, goes to show that while middle aged morons with a fist full of dollars can buy a fast car, they cant buy intelligence. cars simply arent made for the abuse that a drag strip hands out, and if youre buying a car to beat on it, you need to buy supporting mods.

Yea typical mid life crises dip**** mother fu$ker. He is definantly lucky Dodge went ahead and fixed it. They should of just told him tough ****. Any type of drag racing is extreamly hard on a car. Some cars that go to the track dont make it back in stock form, even a Viper. This guy is a real moron I tell you.
