And the Viper guys are young right? LOL Put it like this I bet most of the guys driving Vipers and Vettes are going through a mid life crisis.

I'm 19 and I don't think I'm having my midlife crisis. I love cars by most car companies, be it GM, Toyota, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, Honda, BMW or anyone else.

I see vipers maybe once a month, or once a year. Compared to seeing corvettes every single day.

 

Thats why they call it Americas sports car. The Viper is Americas exotic

 

Say what ever you want about the ZO6......." it will not be noticed in a few years, it's not as exotic as the viper".......take all those little hateful thoughts and remember this, ......................... It is still faster than a viper!

i haven often made the comment that several others have made here...the viper adds alot more "wow factor". while i have a neighbor who has 2 vipers, so i see those fairly often, i see a TON of corvettes..mostly C5s and C6s. I am by no means a dodge fan boy, as for the price, i have considered getting a vette in a year or so, and when i was young, my parents had several vettes. however, vipers just seem to turn more heads...even if you take a new viper or new vette to a car show, the viper gets more attention, because they are just more rare and exotic...im ont trying to be hateful, im just saying what most people (even non-dodge fans) think...

however, GM has finally reached their goal (after how many years?) and the Z06 is indeed faster than the viper. so for now, the guys who buy a new Z06 know that there are not many cars on the road which wil hang with them, but its common knowledge that dodge is working on a new viper drivetrain. so the Z06 is faster, for now...
