Default Just an idea!!
For the cover why not do it old school pic edit. Print out whatever truck or trucks etc you want for the cover, take an exacto knife, cut out the outline, then print the back ground, place the outline/outlines onto the background adn reprint! lol Or get someone with editing software to do it lol!

i do have editing software thats what i been doing this stuff with....and yes pm me your whole address....i still have to see what shipping is and then ill have a full price for you guys....and im still waiting on got hemi to send me af hemi's pic.....

If I can get batteries for my mouse I might be able to get a cutout of a truck, what truck are you using for the cover or trucks? send me an email .... msettle93@gmail.com and i can try to get something whipped up.
