My dad's friend owns a station that does inspections. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't do half the stuff I do to my truck .

 

i would never pass an inspection i can see all the fails now.

Haha, well it may be a week or so. I have trust issues and decided I don't trust anyone to do the fitment and finish on the hood. So I'm going to be doing it myself this sunday at my uncles shop. There are ALOT of tiny imperfections that I'm afraid the average shop will just cover with paint instead of fixing it so I'm just going to sand it out and fix it myself. Then once I'm happy with it, I'll have someone paint it.

 

Thats the best way Joe,if you want it done right do it yourself,lol!

 

well u can trust your fingers better then anyone else and like u said once your satisfied then its ready, in anycase I am sure it will look great.

When I was in high school I had a nova with a 6" ram air hood scoop with a tunnel ram and I never had any problems with inspections of coarse we lived out in the woods and people didn't really care about that stuff and they were to busy going oh and ah to really notice anything illegal. And up state Pa is really out in the woods

 

The thing that gets me about PA is that certain counties have to follow the inspection rules while others don't. Doesn't seem fair to me.
