is it far from you? see i got one maybe 20 mins south a 1/8 mile and about a 1hr south a 1/4 mile track a lil more to run at that one but its still fun and the 1/4 is nice...the 1/8 well its not bad but it could be better....

 

It is between 1:45 and 2:00 from here. So it isn't that easy for me to get to it which sucks because that is the closest one around that I know of.

 

ouch...thats like me driving to orlando at the speed limit...lol

 

It really does suck. Maybe someday someone will take one of these old farms around here and turn it into a track. But until then it is going to be a long drive for me if I want to go and run.

 

One of the raceways around here use a runway at one of the airports. Pretty cool to see.

 

Another reason too envy the west.

i would like to do something with my truck.. but im stuck on photography right now..

for some dumb reason.. im going to sell my few month old $2400 canon 5d mark ii for a $4999 Canon 1d mark iv... why? ..i have no fukin idea....

for some reason i have it in my head that if i get a better body that it will help out my fantastic but really slow focusing 85mm 1.2L ii... will it actually help? prolly not.. but since some reviews have put it in my head that my 5d2 tracks slow.. i feel the need to upgrade...

in all seriously... (psychologist time) .... why is it i cant just do something and be good with it?

i get my nice laramie ram... i have to mod it...

i have it stuck in my head that my current $5000 camera combo, and my 5+ lenses just dont take sharp enough photos of my daughter sittin on the couch...

why the hell do i sleep 3-4-5 hours a night and start 2 totally different businesses while going to college full time?

i wish i could just be one of those guys sometimes who can drive a chevy malibu and be good... i could have a point and shoot camera and be happy.. or just work as a paralegal or something and just go 9-5 and not try to learn how to build websites and market them to high school kids at 3am on a fukin Tuesday night...

ehhh.... ok i vented..

now back to shopping for new camera....
