Black Truck Club
hey guys show some love to the BTC representative in this months TOTM. Maori has one of, if not the most transformed truck on the site. He's really done an incredible job with it.
I've just picked up a couple of 1" square pipes and 1/2" ones to weld up a light bar mounted on an old flat (0" drop) receiver I had laying around. I've got the two Hellas I recently took off my truck and have a second pair coming from Pyro as soon as I swap in a set of 130 watt stainless Cepek lights like I did. So the light bar will be on there most of the time and won't extend more than about 3" from the front bumper...
I did use Plasti Dip on the stock gray cladding and rock rails though:

He got my vote. They are all nice trucks but his is head and shoulders above the rest IMO.
Heya BTC lads and lasses.
Just want to say thank you for your compliments and well i gotta say you all have some nifty rides as well.
So by typing that it sure is a tough one, but also a learning experience at the very least. This is the first time my truck has been nominated for anything and to say at the very least it has been an awesome experience, esp' when each nominee has thier own style and image (not like you are looking at a mirror of your own truck).
This weekend i will be meeting up with a member from another forum and finish putting in the caltracs (It is only half finished since it pretty much took a whole day to take out one leaf spring bushing sleeve, but we have it down so the other side should be knocked out pretty quick)
Then Sunday i may plasti-dip the rims but i am still on the fence about that but we will see.
Then out goes the column shifter and in goes the B&M truck megashifter. I sure can't wait for that.
Again thank you all for your votes and well keep them coming if you can lol
