I feel right at home now,...an' proud to say I'm #185 on the BTC! Thanks for the warm welcome "Teacher"..I'll be around some. oh yeah..I checked out all the BTOTY trucks tonight,..all great machines...BUT, damn! lb79theone... what the "F" you got in that there machine? it howls like there's no tomorrow when you take off! (my fav. song!).

headers make the biggest difference. i replaced my flowmaster with an AT3030 sound way better to me

I agree,...I just picked up my latest project and brought her home on Oct. 31/09. On the way home I washed her up, (Truck was in the country with a "neglectful owner"), and gave her the once over before calling it a night, (got her home at 11:15pm that night...drove 172km.,...about 103 miles to get home). She pulled to the right like crazy... think I gained an inch and a half of muscle on my arms!

 

To continue..... I work on the oil patch in Northern British Columbia, Canada, (through a Calgary, Alberta, Canada based parent company), as a class 1 tanker truck operator/ day shift Natural Gas-Well Tester. Therefore,...I usually fly out west on January 2nd of the year,...and work 12 hour shifts, 7-days a week, for 3-months straight,.. giving me the rest of the year off to play with ma toys!

 

3rd and final info instalment,...this round anyways. *So,...after 34-days of ownership, here's the prognosis: I've changed: 4-balljoints, front brake rotors, pads, calipers, master cylinder, all steering linkage components: (tie-rods, sleeves, drag link...), Rancho RS-5000 steering stabalizer shock; rear brake drums, shoes, springs, 1-wheel cylinder, Lft. RR. brake line, bled the brakes, greased up the front-end and all U-joints; brand new windshield, winter wiper blades; new thermostat, air filter, power steering hose, new foglight bulbs, licence plate bulbs and fixed/wired: reverse lights, stop lights and signals; replaced broken rear roll pan (valance) with full-size bumper, swapped tailgates with my parts truck, and also have the Reese trailer hitch assembly to paint and install. Needless to say,...I brought this beauty back from the grave! Lots more upgrades/work to perform with the help /info from my new friends here on the "DodgeForum"...especially the #1 BTC
