escalated my dispute with paypal to a claim no waiting on sellers response...hmmm i can see this is gonna get dirty....good thing i have visa on my side and superchips has the proof of it being stolen....i hope i dont get screwed.....

Seems like as long as you have proof that it is stolen that you should be good. How could they side with the guy who sold stolen goods, doesn't seem possible.

 

you would think.... i talked to brian at s/c about an hr ago and everything is good my 3865 will be here tomorrow or monday...and the cortex is being redone and shipped to the original owner who was super stoked to hear they recovered his programmer now he's only out the money to reflash his pcm and the rest of the stuff they stole....and brian said he'll forward douchbags info to him so he can prosecute if he wishes.....yeah justice serves the douche right....worked out for the guy he stole it from and me....10 thumbs up for s/c.....

hopefully...im happy atleast im getting a brand new working tuner....instead of a no good stolen one....and i wont have to worry if it dont work cause it has a warranty too unlike a used one....

I am sure there are other members who can get pics if the other ones cant get pics or something. I still have up my 09 calender on December, I would love to know what day and date match up in 2010!

 

i already told jay this in a pm but you can replace me... i already orderd the 3rd gen calendar that i'm in and i dont really need another 2010 calendar...
plus i dont think i have a high res camera.

i'm sure there's plenty of other people who would love to be in the calendar... thanks for inviting me tho...
