look under the cover. it will say pcm fuse. pull it out go shut your door and put in seat belt to eliminate the extra dings. turn the ignition to on let it ding 3 or 4 times there will be a short pause the another single ding. pcm reset. reinsert fuse and drive like a bat out of hell

oh i just notice who i was speaking too. i dont know about the 4th gens sorry

Lol....no problem. I can't seem to find anyone who knows what fuse it is on the 4th gens. So I am forced to do it the battery cable way for now until I can find out which fuse it is! Its kind of a pain in the *** but it works.

I'm going to ask a stupid ? but why do you have to reset the pcm?

shadow as you drive your **** computer learns how you drive and sets parameters you reset the pcm and it starts all over. it is recommended to do it after every mod to get the ful effect

so I need to pull the battery off for about 15 mins to reset the pcm?

Just pull the positive cable and ground it to the negative for about 30 seconds. Reattach and your good to go. This will give you a complete reset of your PCM.
I usually reset my throttle as well. Turn the key to the on position(don't start it) and push the gas pedal to the floor and hold it for about 10 seconds. Turn the key to the off position while the pedal is still to the floor and hold for another 10 seconds and then slowly release the gas pedal.
