After replacing my cap, rotor, plugs, wires, put in a 180 tstat, and put in the new hughes plenum plate I am still only getting 8.5-9 mpg.... Is there a way to reset my PCM? I have tried unplugging the neg land positive line going to the battery and that did nothing.

Also I have very little heat for some reason, and it only get hotter when I am driving, when I stop it cools off... Could this be because of the new t stat?

I just bought the hughes 180 tstat, I just checked and my coolant is low in my reserve tank, so I think thats whats causing it to blow cool air...

I am running the 91 octane performance program... Well my truck also today when I was on my way to work stuck at a stop light, the RPM's dropped to around 300-400 and my dash lights went dim and came back ect... When the light turned green I gunned it and the truck really bogged down, but around 2k to came back to life and has been fine ever since....

Anybody have any thoughts on the heat problem?

I hate to say this...but the information here is vague. You put a 180 Tstat in place of of a 195, which usually lets the truck run around 202-210 degrees. In cool weather it will run right off the beginning of the normal temp range on your guage. Perhaps your stat is stuck open. It wouldn't be the first time someone got a bad T stat.

If you've had to refill your overflow, you may not have all the air out of your system yet. Your issue is a symptom of that too. Try running the truck about a half hour or so nose up on a steep incline to try and bleed the system.
Oh...to this correctly you will have to start cold with your radiator cap off...
