I've got a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 and of course that bad boy has a 360/5.9 Magnum ;-)

1996 ram 1500 ext cab 4x4 5.9 lt but its not idling when warmed up I get to a stop and just dies no codes . I hook and run live system check says large evap leak but no code checked canister no leaks gas cap fine . I love my ram but I'm lost. I hate seeing it sit I want to drive again. Anyone come across an issue like this?

I have 03 Laramie love it.. but can't do a decent burnout... not happy

I would check for cracked or broken plastic lines or tubing. Also the 96 rams had a recall from charcoal in the canister getting sucked into the evap selenoid. Might investigate that as well.

You can't do this? this a video I made last week, its short because I almost lost control filming the burnout and had to end it haha.


Thats my Stock 360/5.9 laying the law down Maybe you need a tune up & plenum gasket change?

When I say I can't do a burn out I can but the truck will only go to about 2500rpm.. in the rain the old girl will loose control with out trying. So is there a lock on the brake that stops the rpm or am I doing somethings wrong lol....
