cant wait to see it jim i gotta buddy looking into fabbing a flip kit for me hes a metal fab guy and does alot of lowriders...hopefully he can cause if so itll be cheap for me....if not maybe this summer i can grab a 2/4 drop from springtech.....i like the flips and the price of that kit....

what if you did a mono-leaf setup with a airbag helper... you could basically slam the rear end like 7 or 8 inches...

well technically you would be doing it right... its basically the same thing as a 4 link, you just dont have the side to side articulation.

I used a mono leaf and bags years ago on a chevy. They worked great as I could adjust the bags to compensate for load and height. The only issue was the bags needed at least some pressure all the time to keep them from damaging themselves and my son dropped it one night and ran it without air and damaged a bag. if I remember right the springs were something like $300 and the bags were $350. I had a onboard air compressor that really allowed for dialing in the ride on the fly. My opinion is that it worked pretty good.

yeah but ken some of the kits that you can get come with that option....it maybe worth buying a kit or even paying a local shop to do it all...

well i was gonna do the air bag helper kit for my truck, but i think im just gonna upgrade a few of the parts and bag it. mono leaf in the rear and bag 'n buckets up front. eventually i will build my own 4 link and install. but i dont need anything show quality right now.
