I guess I got lucky but then again in this little hick town who knows. There are 3 types of folks here. True country boys that drive their truck because they have to. Those like me that work on a farm yet have to live in the city cause they are poor, and the pissed off weed eaters that drive around town and can't see over their dashboards.

well guys, i just got my very first speeding ticket. 67 in a 35 trying to pass some stopped traffic sitting at a light. i didnt even see him sitting there. i do it all the time, but so does everyone else and now they have an officer there. i got a seat belt violation last friday in my CMV while on the job, but i dont think that affects my driving record. so now im going to have to go to court, which i have never done before, and ask for a waiver. i cant have 5pts on my Class A CDL license. live and learn i guess.

i out ran a cop after i passed him at 185 mph in a 65 zone
tickets
90 in a 55
75 in a 45
improper lane usage
illegal squealing of tires
reckless driving (doing doughnuts in a the middle of an intersection at 3am)
not to mention all the tickets ive talked my way out of in court..ive even had a few that the cop was so pissed at me that he forgot to have me sign it so it got voided
and im only 19 seriously though..that was in my 15-18 days..ive slowed down alot unless im passing someone or in a serious hurry i wont do anything more than 10-15 over..

well, see with my CDL, with 5 points on my license, if i needed a new job for some reason, i would have a hard time finding one now. most trucking companies insurance providers wouldnt allow it. on a normal license, its not really a big deal, but it is with a CDL. if i go to court, i hope i'll get a PBJ and it will get dropped after a year.
