Let's hear it for total gear control.

I test drove an '09 Ram w/console shifter last month. With the salesman in the back seat (my brother riding shotgun), I tapped down two gears in a low speed corner and thought, "Cool!", but almost immediately the f****r upshifted! nowhere near redline! All by itself! like some kind of automatic robot or something!

 

Yep, I row my own also. 6 gears is alot of rowing too!

 

Yeah. Our minivan has that as well.

It would be a cool idea if they worked well, but it must have some sort of regulator (for lack of a better word) that keeps you from shifting up or down out of a certain range of RPMs..like you don't really have control of it.

 

i want in!! the lil red pickup i got as a daily is a 2.5L 5spd

 

fitty bones says my red 2.5L 5 speed is faster than yours

 

you have more engine mods! lol

and more time drivin the 5spd lol

 

I got a reverse manual valve body with a foot switch for my Gear vendors unit can i play?
