it's says that's it's hidden, but that just means that all you see is the receiver end. but i think it would better than the hooks, i can do more with it

Is it bad when ones truck can't even pass a rigged inspection in this state?

if you can get them to pass it if you pay them off then that's bad.

GTG list so far:
SMKNRAM
fk1022 (and 4 friends)
RAMESES (and friends)
southernbnb
95_318SLT (and 1 friend bringing 4 wheeler)- not set in stone yet, but I'll know for sure closer to April.

No, I didn't try to pay anyone off, just took it to a friend of a friend. He was willing to overlook everything but 2 things. 1st, it doesn't have a functioning EGR system, and 2nd, it doesn't have a cat on it. Here is the stupid part... he said if I rig up the EGR valve to look like it works, and at least put a shell of a cat on the exhaust, he'd pass it. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE!!!! Either way they aren't working emissions systems.

Yeah it is. I'm starting to think I should go ahead and do the solid axle swap on it and re-register it as a custom built vehicle and not a 1995 Dodge Dakota.

Up here they tried to fail me cause I had bars on my brush Baird that wrapped around the headlights and my lights on the guard didn't have covers on them

that would probably solve the problem long term, but when is the inspection up? are you going to have it done by then?

I think with the new system the inpsection expires when the registration does, and that is 2/15/10. Basically, it would be taken off the road until it could get re-registered as a custom build vehicle.

i think you get fined if you miss the inspection date, and still own the vehicle.
