I just ordered two of these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOW-T...Q5fAccessories
they aren't as good as that 100' strap (that is used to lift howitzers via helicopter) that my friend an I used to use when we went mudding but they'll work. That 100' strap was nice because you could get a 50' run at it and when you got to the end it would just stretch and pop you right out of the mud hole.

Good to know.
What do you think about my other questions.
Meaning, getting an Aussie Locker and a High Lift jack. And Have you ever seen someone weld a hitch directly to the frame on the front end and have it hold up? I really goobered the weld all the way around where the hitch contacts the frame.
I also remembered the cracked transfer case issue and thought I'd share some pictures of it.

I thought about doing both, then I got to thinking that the entire frame is welded together to begin with. I figure that the frame would give out before the hitch would.
I talked to the guy in the Z71 the other day and asked him about whether or not he knew about the trail rating system, his reply "Yeah, I hit 'em all". I wonder why he got that rock rash on the bottom of his doors...
Is anyone that is going to be at Uwharrie running open differentials? I'm thinking that I won't get very far with them after seeing some YouTube videos of people running out there.
