Hi, I searched and couldn't find any previous posts about this, so I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed!
I just purchased some black headlights w/ the halo around the low beam and was wondering if anyone has modded their truck this way? I searched all over trying to find photos of what they look like installed but finally gave up and just purchased a set off ebay. I might mod the foglights so they also have halo lights on them. Thanks in advance for any replys/photos! If no one has em, I will post up here in about a week when I get them and put them on.

Man i found a set like that but their like the ones used on infinitis and merc's i wanted them real bad but i was afraid of them not fitting or i might have to cut the body or something.

i think they look awesome. will those fit right up to the old brackets?

 

I got them today and will probably install tonite, but yeah, they mount up w/ all the original brackets, and the best part is you only need to swap out the turn signal lights...they provide you w/ the rest. I will post up photos once I get it all installed. I will make sure and get a photo of just the halo's too. Check back soon!

I just found your page with the pics of the lights. Do you have any new photos that are outside. The ones in the garage are a little hard to visualize.

 

I have the lights in and man do they look different. There are 3 leds on either side of the halo, and once I got mine installed, I had 2 out on one side, and 1 out on the other....Either way though the black lights are above and beyond what I wanted. I just cut the led wires so now its just the halo.

You have to take off the plastic guard thats on top of your bumper to get your headlights out, but once you do that, installation is pretty easy. You have to only re-use your turn signal lights, the others come w/ the headlights.
